About Us

In Ontario there is no governing body and anyone can call themselves a Home Inspector.

However, Home Inspectors that belong to a registered professional association, such as The Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI), must meet rigorous professional and educational requirements.

Important Questions to Ask...

The federal and provincial governments in Canada may have rebates for new home owners, in any given year. These rebates may differ from year to year.  You may apply for such a rebate or grant, but we always charge up front our quoted fee here at Inspections Plus.

If query submitted online, it’s 3 hours turnaround time. If by e-mail or call, expect no less than 24 hours reply time.

Currently, we do not have a loyalty program. All discounts and rebates are posted on our website.

At Inspections Plus, we aim for 100% satisfaction. You don’t pay until you’re satisfied with the job we’ve done on site. Typically, you pay us after the inspection is completed.

We look for any and all sigs of mold, rust and poor workmanship.

Owner's Tip

In an unfinished basement, a lot of details are overlooked. Always check your piping, vents and electrical, and ensure that no leaks are present.
