About Us

The home inspection profession is an unregulated industry, except in British Columbia and Alberta, making your choice of a home & property inspector more difficult. Fortunately, CAHPI the only national home & property inspection organization has highly qualified inspectors. CAHPI home & property inspectors that have met the requirements of the provincial/regional associations are allowed to use the term “Registered Home Inspector” or “RHI”. The registered designation identifies members of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors.

Yours truly, Chris Kubassek is both a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and a New Construction Inspector (NCI). Combining expertise in both fields to provide a qualitatively superior service.

Choosing a CAHPI inspector means choosing someone you can trust to objectively, independently and apart from anyone’s interests, other than your own, provide you with a comprehensive analysis of the home and property’s major systems and components.

At Inspections Plus Inc. you can rest assured that all inspections are performed to a CAPHI standard and adherence to a professional code of ethics.
